These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the To Eazy App ("the App") which is a cleaning service for Airbnb and rental properties. By using or accessing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides a platform that connects property owners or managers with cleaning service providers. The App itself does not provide cleaning services.
To use the App, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
As a user, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account information with others.
You understand that the App merely provides a platform to connect you with cleaning service providers. Any agreement for cleaning services is solely between you and the cleaning service provider.
Payment for cleaning services booked through the App will be charged to the payment method you provide.
The App operates a cancellation policy which is set out in the App. By booking a service, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App.
